Steady as she goes
Maintaining at 155. Would like to drop 5 lbs more but haven't figured out how yet... My body is still reconfiguring itself, though the weight is staying stable.
Here you'll find information about intermittent fasting (IF), the practice of regularly fasting for short periods, as well as info about why processed sugar should be avoided. Adapting this lifestyle has been a bit of an emotional roller-coaster. When I started in Jan 2010 I really appreciated reading blogs and postings by people who followed this lifestyle, and I hope this blog can be useful to others who are interested in some version of IF.
